For this recipe we used our 10 inch Versa Skillet to bake this delicious and healthy lemon cake. Super easy to make in our Xtrema Versa skillet of any size depending on how small or large you want to make your cake.  This cake is light, refreshing, and a great end to end any dinner party or night of the week!
