- 3 Eggs, (yolks optional)
- Sun-dried tomatoes in oil
- Feta cheese
- Turkey bacon (optional)
- Avocado (optional)
- Preheat Xtrema skillet on low. Once warm, use cooking spray of your choice. Fry eggs, flipping once.
- Mix sun dried tomatoes and feta. Spread feta mixture on naan.
- Warm naan in oven or on the stove top for a few minutes
- Add the eggs and top with lots of fresh cold spinach. If desired, top with avocado and turkey bacon
- Wrap the Naan up and then serve.
