as expected!

good quality, i have used it on the stove and also in the oven. no problems at all. if something get stuck after cooking in it, (for example eggs from a frittata), i can easily scrape everything off with a stainless steel sponge. Expensive, but worth it. no dangerous chemicals in my food while cooking.

Good Pans

I love the 12 in Versa Skillet with lid, but it is a bit bigger than what I needed it for, but was the only one is stock. I love the fact that the pure ceramic doesn't leak any chemicals into our food. Eggs still stick a little to the bottom of the pan, but we are trying to perfect that!

I like it!

I really like the skillet! I originally bought it as an easy way to make frittatas and egg casseroles. I love the fact that I can saute the veggies and things on the stove, throw the eggs in, and then put it in the oven to bake. The eggs come away from the sides and the bottom with no problem at all, which is amazing! It is also a great size for making a quick Skillet supper. However, I learned the hard way that it's not the best for making pancakes, at least on my stove. Since we have the coil electric burner, that area towards the middle tends to get really hot and even after leaving it on for a while, the outer edges don't heat up as much, so my pancakes cook quicker towards the middle then they do towards the outer edge. Oh well! Minor detail. All in all, it was a great purchase and it's super easy to clean!

absolutely LOVE all my stuff couldn’t be happier and will defiantly be ordering many more to add to my collection!!! Top of the line and everything cooks wonderfully and glad to have a piece of mind knowing I’m not cooking toxins into my families meals!!
